Automatic import data for command line tools

Where do we stand on having the command line tool automatically import the data from the filesystem instead of a distinct separate step?

Do you mean that BioUML Web Client tool? It should work perfectly.

Do you mean that if user choose file from file system (outside biouml storage) then it will automatically imported and will work for analysis?

As it's clearly explained in BioUML command line web client documentation, in Data import/export section, you can use "Upload from FTP" analysis specifying the file:/// URL to local file (provided that your user account has administrative access).
