CodeMirror is our new JavaScript editor

BioUML 0.9.6 will ship with new JavaScript editor, CodeMirror. This editors works better and allows more advanced features compared to previous one.
New features include:

• Autoindent
• Indent hotkeys (Ctrl+[, Ctrl+])
• Search/replace functionality (Ctrl+F, Ctrl+H)
• Basic autocomplete functionality (Ctrl+Space)
• BioUML-specific hotkeys (Ctrl+S = save, Ctrl+R = run)
